Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for members to learn valuable homemaking/homesteading skills from the past; learning to become self sufficient and as self sustainable as possible. We are building a community of like minded women in our area to share their knowledge and ideas.

Group Founder: Rachel Wallace
Group: Ladies Skill Sharing Est. January 2023
This group was founded with the goal of educating the next generation of women on how to preserve the harvest, raise livestock, and attain self-sufficiency. My aim was to establish a space where women could acquire the skills that our grandmothers practiced in their daily lives. Let's work together to pass the torch to our daughters and granddaughters.

Cathy Watson Corum- Homesteader/Group Admin
Cathy is a homesteader based in Northwest Florida, where she cultivates plants for both food and health advantages. Together with her husband, she raises livestock that they process and store for their family's meals. Currently, she is exploring herbalism and creating tinctures.
Cathy helps the group by organizing classes, social gatherings, and managing our social media platforms.

Brandi White- Homesteader/Herbalist/Group Admin
Brandi is a homesteader based in Northwest Florida, cultivating a variety of plants that offer both nourishment and health advantages. She creates salves and tinctures from her harvest and sells them at local farmers markets.
In addition, Brandi supports the group by leading classes, organizing social events, and managing our social media platforms.
